Area Trout Fishing

My first competition for 2022 and I have decided to get back into Area Trout fishing, this is a concept that originally came from Japan.
Its super intense and challenging but most of all excellent fun, it involves a group of anglers lined up fishing for Rainbow Trout and basically trying to catch more fish than the person next too them.

Cheers buddy, yea it's seriously intense. It won't be everyones Cup of tea but I enjoy it. Check out Trout Area Ireland on Facebook, they have a lot of video footage etc to give a better idea

4lb line and barbless hooks, you need to have the drag like that or they shake the hook

Cannot take you seriously if you use sg rod and some okuma chinesium reel for trout area

At the time of the video I was contracted to Savage Gear so all equipment had to be by them....
