I blocked out two free time slots to binge watch the 3 hour video this weekend but I can’t resist watching this one right now! Who needs sleep when you can be in your happy place 😊❤
For cycle 2, the solid red bands were quite aggressive and overpowering. I wonder if that’s the reason the layout didn’t work. I need to be in a calm and meditative state when journaling. In fact, the pages with stickers only seemed more used than the rest. Just an hypothesis based on a single data point
In terms of the month pages, I did quite like the red/black/white combo, I think that the punchlines of the red maybe wasn’t mirrored as well in the stickers 🤔 With them being kinda set and similar sizes, it also made it hard to decorate some spaces. With the dailies getting more use, I think that’s probably got more to do with direct need; I love a list for getting things done 😝 whereas a lot of the monthly pages end up being supplementary. The elements used certainly could have gelled together better though 😅
Hi, I subscribed to your channel recently and I want to thank you for inspiring me to start bullet journaling again, I have a different style but you always give me inspiration and ideas, thank you so much 🩷🩷. I also wanted to ask you if you could make a video about bullet journaling with binder notebooks because I use them and there's not much content about them. I understand if you have other plans for your channel. Have a nice day!
Hey there 😄💜 glad to have you here with us and awesome to hear that the videos have been helpful for you! I’ve not used a binder for a bullet journal before 🤔 could be interesting to look into!
I absolutely love your stuff. It's so inspiring. 🥰 In this video I adore the stickers/washis (?) with the dragons on it (min 35). Would you mind to share where to get them? 🐉🐲💚
Does anyone happen to know what font that is on November? I love it: it's pretty and special, but also exceedingly easy to read, and the kerning is good. I hate bad kerning so much.
I have already heard you mentioning your podcast a few times and am starting to wonder how its called, so i can listen into a episode and see if its for me.
Hi Jess. I noticed during this flip through that you had played Hogwarts Legacy. As a trans person, I was a little disappointed to see that you would support JK Rowling by purchasing and playing that game. I'm not going to unsub or anything, but I just felt like I had to share my thoughts on this. I would urge you to consider the kind of media you consume in the future a little more carefully, especially considering how much of JK Rowling's money in particular goes directly toward anti-trans legislation in the UK. I love your videos and you've inspired me to take my journaling more seriously, so I don't want to stop watching. I just want you to know that you may be alienating your trans audience and their allies by financially supporting a woman who thinks of trans women as predators.
Hey Alexander, thanks for your comment 💜 To be honest, purchasing/playing Hogwarts Legacy was not done as a way to support JK Rowling, in fact that consideration wasn’t really part of my decision making process. What was though was supporting the diverse team of game creators and writers who worked on the game, and did a really good job to make something that stood apart from other typical “triple A” games. I agree that JK Rowlings views regarding transpeople are harmful, and I certainly don’t agree with them. I also don’t think that boycotting a game that she had no real input in (outside of being the original creator of the world it’s set in) is the best way for me to support our trans community members. I do hope that the work I’m doing on this channel to share ideas with our diverse community in mind is considered as a better reflection of my character rather than a singular instance of what media I end up consuming or playing. I try to make sure not to judge someone in their entirety based on a singular data point like that, and I hope people will do the same for me. Thanks for voicing your concerns though, it is certainly appreciated that you feel comfortable enough in this community to share your thoughts. While I often don’t have trouble “separating art from the artist” and similar considerations, I know other people find that hard or inappropriate to do. I appreciate you sticking around and hope you continue to get value from the videos 😊
@@JashiiCorrin I appreciate you taking the time to read and respond. I still think boycotting the game is, if nothing else, a show of support for your trans audience that would have been appreciated. I also think that separating the art from the artist is hard when purchasing that art contributes to the artist financially, even more so when the artist uses the money made from said art to directly harm other people. That said, I'm glad you at least listened to what I had to say. I'm looking forward to the rest of vlogmas and all the other great videos you're putting out.

I also really like that you include the spreads that didn’t work as well and explain why.
“X, Y, Zed.” Love that. 😊
I love a long flip through, thanks!
Most welcome! 😄💜 Hope you enjoyed it 😊
