I am currently in my grandmas home which means i got nothing to do. Thats why i practically completed alll my monthly setup for 2025 and already started 2026😅😅
I'm very tempted to do the same hahaha I usually plan waaaay ahead. But I promised myself that I will limit my setup to max 1 month at a time. Last year I did 6 months in one sitting basically 🤭
Gotta love daily planning! Daily planning is the best thing I have found so far to help me manage my ADHD. If I just have a calendar block with a list of tasks on it, I'll never look at it and do them. But if I lay them out along a timeline, it helps me overcome my time blindness. I just use half hour increments and slot tasks in at a time that makes sense. If I schedule something for 3:30, I may not get to it until 5 - even with planning, I still have ADHD. But being able to see how many tasks I have left to do versus how much time is left in the day helps to keep me focused.
My brain has stopped working so I’m just going to copy this set up as much as possible. With 5 kids (2 with fur; 3 with skin), this holiday season has been crazy busy so far and I feel like time has become a vague concept! Trying to come up with a theme is not inconceivable atm! I have this PET tape! No more thinking required! Thanks Jashii! I needed this!
Your rewards should be in line with your goal. So for example I know a booktuber who has the goal to read all the books she buys in a quarter before the end of the quarter. And she mentioned the reward being to buy a book haul. But then that sets back her goal for the next quarter. Rather a better reward would be to buy a new pair of headphones to listen to audio books better or a reading light. It doesn’t set her goal back but rather could help move it forward
I'd love to see a video of just your work related spreads, such as your content planning/tracking, stats trackers etc. I'd love to be more organised for 2025. I haven't started bullet journalling yet but I am obsessed with your videos x
I so love your Jan set up. I have done mine and was thinking about using that PET, I did go with a different one. Choose a two summery bright feeling ones for my birthday month.
I love your January set ups, thanks for sharing them. I find your videos to be very soothing, in addition to being entertaining and informative. I very much look forward to them when I see there is a new one. Oh, and I too have set a goal for 2025 to learn how to use my Cricut. Luck to us both!
I love how simple your planning is and decorating is so clean looking. Glad I found your channel. I replay your videos everyday several times a day. Happy Holidays
I have never thought to orient my monthly to the far left instead of the right like most of them but its brilliant and makes so much sense when its pointed out.
I love this life gamification theme you have going on Jess! I am getting a walking pad this month, and am really looking forward to that! All the best 💞
Omg!! I recently discovered your channel. You are a wizard!! Creative doesn’t express it!! You do these so quickly and they’re gorgeous. I’m inspired! Never did a journal or planner. I love watching these but I admit I’m overwhelmed. I saw one video where you did a give away. Maybe contest. Will you do that again? I will definitely watch your channel and maybe give it a try. Thank you for the inspiration
I relate to your cricut sticker goal. I too have a cricut and no idea how to make it cut! It’s fun to look at my idle machine on the shelf while I fussy cut each and every sticker by hand. Anyhoo, cheers to us and our cricut ambitions in 2025! 😝
Please, please, PLEASE do a video about how to use the cricket for making labels! I want a good video on this so badly! So far I’ve gotten the machine out of the box and, well that’s about it. Please do a video!
I really like this setup! Elegant, beautiful layout combo of colors and design 🥰 When you said "watch out" feels aggressive, I just remembered in german you could use "Stolpersteine" which literally means stones that you might stumble over 😜 No clue what the correct english metaphor would be 🤔
I look forward to your videos. Ivr been journalling for nearly a year and still find inspiration and especially composition, tricky. I don't know if you've done any content on composition. I've looked at other creators but would be interested in your tricks/tips/strategy.
For example, I will watch creators and their spread ideas, then come to do my own recreation of it, or maybe even my own take on it, but it rarely comes together. Like, how do you decide whether to use washi tape or pet tape, where to place it, what contrasts? etc.
have you tried printing color on your washi sticker paper? i am super curious on how that would look! also i am doing a clock theme for january as well (seems super fitting!)
I really like the idea of project page spreads but what do you do if the project might take more than a month? Would you put that in a long-term collections instead? I'm trying to decide if I want a separate journal for longer things like quarter planning or longer projects like writing/publishing my next trilogy, etc. Sometimes, I overthink things and make them more complicated than they need to be though. :) Also, I love that washi tape!
Often I'll just come back and continue to use the same project page even after the month has passed, but sometime I'll set up a new one in the new month with the remaining steps. If it's distinctly planned as a long-term goal though, I'll plan that out in my goal planning journal and only bring over the steps I expect to do in a given month into the actions list we had on the monthly dashboard 😊
To make sure... after that last page you show us, you make the weekly spreads? The four sets of 7 days to make up your cycle? Do you leave a certain number of pages, assuming that 4-5 days will fit on one two-page spread? Then fill them in on Mondays or something?
I typically use daily logs more than structured weekly layouts, but yeah those will all be in the pages after these ones 😊 similar to the structure that I had for the December flip through portion of this video
I have seen several videos where Jess has used the PET tape. Reciently I was very excited to have recieved my first set of PET tape from the Washi Tape Shop. I cut out the pattern I wanted to put in my journal and I couldn't get the backing off the tape without several minutes of playing with it per piece. Is there a trick to it? Perhaps I just need more practice? Tips would be appreciated. Love your content Jess! Thank you!
Love your videos! And especially your use of this Mosseta font. I downloaded it but can't figure out how you got the ligatures, as the CT in TACTICS (2:28). Those ligatures aren't showing up when I use the font in MS Word. Any suggestions?
I had to go into the Advanced font menu and play around with the different options to find the ligatures I liked. If it helps, I used Ligatures: All, and Stylistic sets: 19
I like very much what you have done but I would also do the titles on paper sticker; I did not find the link in your description and I suppose you use a printer to write on this paper sticker? thank you for the sharing, Regards
I'm using the one from www.1001fonts.com/mosseta-font.html You have to make sure to turn on "all ligatures" from the Font menu to get the special variations in the characters 😊
@@JashiiCorrin Actually I downloaded from Creative Fabrica, but I need to insert symbols to get to the Ligatures. I'm excited to learn something new today. Love this font. Thanks so much for sharing. 😁

I love the font you used for your sticker labels. What is it called?
I'm probably going to just set January up in the same style as the start of journal, rather than trying to come up with a new style of decoration.
Hi Jess, thank you for your video 💐.
I miss your vlogs. Would you revive your other channel? Many greetings from Germany

@@JashiiCorrin Thanks indeed for the info!
For January Bingo, I did romanticize my life. The main focus to make sure I don't fall into a runt.
I'm all about that 👏 Would love to hear more about what romanticizing your life ends up looking like for you 😄
Do you cut out your PET washi tape and store the pieces in a bag?
I usually do, yeah 😊 I tend to cut off a 1-or-so meter strip at a time and cut up all the individual elements
Where can I get that PET tape? It’s beautiful! I’ve been planning to do a vintage theme in my notebook so this will Be perfect. Do you sell it?

What does 52 in 52 mean?
Your "watch out" section could be titled "Caution" or "Beware". 🙂
Good potential names for next time 💪 Thanks!
Maybe make "watch out" into "challenges? " with a question mark
That's a fun solution for it 🤔😄
