  • I've made a lot of videos about my pc all with the side panel off. Here's one with the panel on to show the panel does actually close with this Noctua cooler.

    Peerless assassin that cost 40 bucks does better for cooling than that ugly overpriced hunk of steel 😂

      I pen this response in a Shakespearean vein, to address thine intriguing comment upon my humble RUclips video, extolling the virtues of the Noctua NH D15 premium air cooler and its compatibility with the Corsair 4000D Airflow tower. Thy words, albeit imbued with a sense of disdain, shall be met with gracious discourse.
      Thou claimest that a "peerless assassin" costing a mere forty coins outshines the Noctua NH D15, deeming it an unsightly and exorbitantly priced monstrosity of steel. Whilst I respect thy perspective, I beseech thee to lend me thine ear as I present a counterpoint.
      The Noctua NH D15, though indeed fashioned from steel, possesseth a splendor that surpasseth mere appearances. Its dual tower design, akin to a regal castle, stands tall, fortified by the knowledge of superior cooling performance. Its copper heat pipes, the veins of this behemoth, conduct heat with efficiency unmatched.
      The Noctua NH D15, whilst bearing a weighty price tag, doth offer a testament to craftsmanship and quality. Its every fin, like an artist's brushstroke, is meticulously placed to enhance airflow and dissipate the scorching heat that emanates from the heart of the CPU. It is a champion of cooling, valiantly battling against the thermal burdens that our beloved processors bear.
      Yet, I shall not dismiss thy mention of the peerless assassin, for diversity of opinion doth enrich our discourse. Forsooth, the world of cooling solutions is a realm where champions of various means vie for supremacy. The assassin thou hast praised may indeed possess its merits, wielding a blade of cooling prowess that appeases thy preferences and fiscal prudence.
      Let us rejoice in this veritable cornucopia of options, where the desires and budgets of all may find solace. The Noctua NH D15, though thou may label it as overpriced, hath established a reputation for excellence, earning the accolades of many a connoisseur.
      In conclusion, dear commentator, whilst I acknowledge thy appreciation for the "peerless assassin," I entreat thee to consider the manifold attributes of the Noctua NH D15. Let us embrace the diversity of choices that this realm affords us, celebrating the myriad paths we tread in our pursuit of optimal cooling.
      With deference to thy perspective and a humble plea for open-mindedness,
      Scotts PC

      @@ScottsPC nope, peerless assassin is superior in every way, sorry.
      Not only is it vastly superior in air performance, but it also blows away (pun intended) the nhd15 in design. The assassin can be had in white, black, or black and silver...and can be had in RGB.
      Noctua on the other hand is only available in puke brown or cheap black.
      People who still try and cling to the now ancient nhd15 in 2023 are truly being scammed by nostalgia of Noctua's former glory days.

      He only has 2 CPU fan pins on the MB. The 3rd fan is probably using a SYS_FAN pin, not sure if that's a good idea.

    • @anthixious
      @anthixious 10 месяцев назад

      As long as that specific fan is configurable separately, it shouldn't have a problem as long as it's watched over, but yeah I think there should be 3 CPU fan headers on boards nowadays. Them damn 3-fan configs bahahaha 🤪.

      @sfa22 They make a 3 female to 1 male cpu pmw connectors. So you connect 3 cpu fans to a cable that then connects to 1 cpu fan header.. 😄

    I like the fact that the CPU cooler fills up some space in the case. But I think a similarly priced AIO with one less fan and one more pump, would probably perform the same or better for noise and thermals.

  • @Kaptime
    @Kaptime Год назад

    I used to have a very similar build to this. Had a Nhd15 with triple fans and as many other fans in the case as I could fit in my Corsair 760T. Now I went fully into quiet builds so I have only 3 Fans in there. The two front panel and a single on on the CPU cooler. I had an infamously volcanic i7 7820x but I'm about to move to a Ryzen 7600 so I guess it'll be way easier to cool. Might be able to go fan-less on the Nhd15.
