yes most are catered to crossfit or powerlifting hybrid styles of training. my style isn't that, its more bodybuilding focused so we try to keep a Wide variety of equipment. Thank you
@UCIcrEGWLW8ssH8uVQsiONhg fitness is different for everyone, I say do what makes you happy and dont let what others do influence you and your decisions. Most garage gyms are just a squat rack, which I totally understand as barbell work is a huge part of strength but I enjoy having a lot of variety.
Thank you for this video!!! I love how you were able to find good quality pieces of equipment for a good price. You just saved me thousands of dollars and also the time it took for you to accumulate all of these pieces just shows me to just be patient with finishing my own home gym. Being great and creating your own business takes time to build!☺️
It surely does, and you can do it much faster than I did it. I just never wanted more than what I had at the time. squat rack, Bench, bar, and weights, and cables, and adjustable dumbbells did the job for a long time.
Thanks man! it was work but well worth it. I also just build my office gym the same way and saved so much money it was stupid! I got that video coming next week.
Thanks Rachel! The leg press is a huge piece and likely not "typical for most" but when you can no longer load your spine with a barbell its a great alternative. Id also add that if this garage wasn't intended for my business I wouldn't have invested so much into it.
sure would be happy to help you out, using the hyperextension as it is intended to be used is typically enough but as you advance in strength you can work yourself up performing them with isometric holds and actually adding a barbell to your back.
@@DavidTran-hf3hn no, the adding of the weight is the last step. fixing rounded shoulders is as simple as being more mindful of scapular retraction and building your strength in that.
Refreshing see a garage gym catered towards more fitness/weight training
As most of the home gyms on RUclips are catered towards CrossFit

That leg press is a deal of a lifetime
I agree with you there, hanging onto it for a while
Good stuff bro I'm about to start building my own home gym, and info you gave was great. Keep grinding !!!!

William Grazione cool cool I’ll make sure to check that video out as well!
That Leg Press! ... so jealous! ;)
it was indeed a great find, im happy to have it as its IMO one of the the best alternatives for squats and others with unbalanced pelvis.
That’s a really good set up
thank you very much
Great video bro
Appreciate it, thank you
Love all of it!!! If I had more room a leg press would be a must !!

Depending on how much room got you might be able to have vertical leg press
@@knightveg vertical leg press is surely the most space effective
Rachel Scarborough You could get a hack squat. It takes up less space.
Great job! Btw how many square feet is this garage? The equipment aria how big is? Many thanks in advance
The usable space is standard 2 car garage size. I think its about 18 feet across and 17-19 feet deep
William Grazione thanks
Great gym. One comment for $900 for those dumbbells you cold have gotten the iron master 5-125 adjustable.
yes I'm aware but needed the set for my clients to use multiple dumbbells at once. the iron masters are a great product.
😍❤️
Is that 45° leg press champ?
fairly confident it is between 45-60 degrees
@@William_Grazione thanks for the answer champ 👍
What kinda hyperextention exercises do you recommend?

William Grazione thanks , will adding a barbell to my back help with my rounded shoulders?

All machines. Boring
All good Buddy, you must have missed the squat rack and DIY band pegs
