Every time he throws those blu-rays to the side I wince xD I think that's the OCD side of me silently trying to worm it's way to the surface and scream "Don't harm the cases!"
The thing is that what he says is actually super meta when you think about it. Flickpick is saying sarcastically that he wants to be like Kevin Spaceys character when he's older. Kevin Spaceys character in American Beauty... Is a pervert. So now that we know Spacey is a perv irl, it goes from just vanilla sarcasm to meta ironic sarcasm...
I definitely have to disagree with his opinion of The Other Guys! That movie is just so damn funny and in my personal opinion Will Ferrell's second best performance(Ron Burgundy being #1 of course).
19:20 There we go! Cast Away!! Glad to see you're with me on this, I just love it for so many different reasons. One is: TH is in the frame almost 100% of the time, what a stellar performance! Full of black humor and never a dull moment. And the plane crash freaks me out... All in all a good video, John, you could have let it take a little longer. I'm very happy to see most of the films you show here, can't comment on them all. Just had to do my Cast Away-comment.
LOL, ohh man this was an epic collection overview my friend. I can proudly say that I watched all 28 minutes. I always enjoy watching you swimming, sleeping, or lathering up in your collection. By the way, "Raging Bull" is an absolute masterpiece, I think you'll love it. :)
Your Mark Wahlberg and Nick Nolte impressions had me in stitches; they were spot on, lol! XD Oh, and that Edward Furlong impression was priceless too! That's one heck of a collection you've got there!
I had never seen Superbad until about a year ago my dad was telling my how funny it was and lucky enough they showed it on Fox about a week late and I LOVED it, definitely one of favorite comedies of all time
your comment smashed my funny bone for some reason... a sneeze and this guy gets buried in blue ray cases.. priceless. but then he continues going through the movies one at a time until he digs his way out again right?
lol you re very funny when you talked about "Blow" movie .. "Are we okaaay!!" Man this video one of the best ever, It doesn't die. Keep up the good work.
Awesome vid man, this was the first one i saw of yours a few months back and it pretty much got me to start collecting more blu rays haha. Keep it up man
Awesome video, man! I didn't count the Blu-rays, I would have gone crazy, but I really enjoyed watching your vid! ;) I always wanted to buy Braveheart on Blu-ray, I loved that movie, but I read some reviews online, which said the picture isn't that spectacular.
Hey John, When you said Forrest Gump was your favourite movie and showed Pulp Fiction just moments before it cracked me up! It´s because I had to think of the famous Samuel Jackson quote: LIFE IS LIKE A BOX OF KONDOM´S, YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN THEY BREAK!!(From Pulp Fiction bluray Special Features)
@TheFlickPick sorry, missed it (Star Trek) the first time I watched through it. I'm guessing you are a Turtles fan based on your t-shirt. You should invest in the TMNT collection on bluray. Also, do you plan to upgrade most of the dvd's you own to bluray over time or just ones that you really enjoy? Your videos are very entertaining. Keep up the good work!
Yeah, and all you can see or hear of him for quite a while is his right hand with a blu looming out of the bunch and a mumbling about how great the movie was. ;-)
@P3RFECTMACH1NETV I need to work on the Goldblum impression more and I need a leather jacket to pull it off. I do need a new shelf, Im all out of room.
KABLAM He made this a year before the second one came out. Its weird he didn't know about it. There should of been some info about it that was released though.

@@hakunamatata289 I'm happy with the DVD quality. I have 1000 DVDs and 50 Blu-Rays. Films that are visual spectacles I will buy on Blu-Ray like Interstellar or Titanic.
Large portion of those I have, a few I didn't even realize were on bluray. Loved Camp Nowhere growing up. One summer I watched it every day. Just because.
Im from the bad part of a bad town and I alot of things make me sad but you my Turtles shirt wairing friend make me smile.. because of you and TheKrazyJason Im will be creating my very own movie bluray channel I seen you holding a Flip cam is that what you shot this on? Anyway keep it up, one of my favorite shows on or off tv!
You really should pick up Tropic Thunder. Damn good movie, and a good blu-ray as well. Besides that, this is a great collection. Love your videos, John.
Thanks for doing that John. I've been wanting an opinion on quite a few movies and will now head to Amazon to make some purchases. They should be sponsoring you...
What a collection. I started collecting blu-rays in January and only got 32 blu-rays so far. Whatever, I got lots of time collecting more. Love your impressions too! lol
New subscriber/Blu-Ray addict, love your videos, just a fun and interesting question - Estimated amount you spent on your entire Blu-Ray collection? Keep up the good work :)
You do realize they will never remaster all of these movies in 4k, Also it would take an 70" screen to notice 4k picture quality. Most of the home theater market consumers still dont see a diffrence in blu-ray and dvd, 4K will never have mass appeal and thus they will never have a large collection of movies to watch. They have yet to master 1080p this is why most blu-rays still have transfer issues.
hey thanks for actually doing this man... i want almost all of those movies and am trying to build up my collection, (that you inspires me to do btw) ur the best.....
@MasterEliteSamChief I actually went on a long rant about something called green ray a while back in one of my older vids... I said something about with green ray you can taste the movies... any way just thought that was odd to hear green ray again.
hi is forgetting Sarah marshal really good i have seen get hm to the Greek it was ok but is it as good as bridesmaids and your channel is the best wish to see more one more question will you get the transformers box set
@Moondogg40 Ya its ok it was a 28 minute vid haha. I do want TMNT on blu-ray just never see it at a cheap price. I usually just upgrade on ones I really like, though if the blu-ray is cheap enough that gives me the motivation too. On a side note, who really needs Orgazmo on blu-ray haha.
Brad Pitt in Troy: "YOU SACK OF WINE!"
shut up Chris, you need to make another one of these NOW! but i love ur channel man haha
“I will be Kevin Spacey some day” aged like fine wine
Every time he throws those blu-rays to the side I wince xD I think that's the OCD side of me silently trying to worm it's way to the surface and scream "Don't harm the cases!"
216 blurays now that's a collection
haha I just work a lot and have no life, so I spend it all on movies.
Raging Bull is totally NOT boring. One of scorsese's best!
It is a little boring at times. It is one of his best though.
Not Really Taxi Driver was his best! !!
Wolf of Wall Street is his best.
No way The Departed is his best
Peter Peters Taxi Driver is his masterpiece.
Hey John Do you still wanna be kevin Spacey? Lol 😂

Also, your impressions and references you make throughout your collection are so very funny they really make me laugh! LOL 😂😆🤣
@TheYesMan30 There plastic cases, I was in rush mode and anything goes, if you notice I was gentle with the steelbooks I sat them aside.

All you do is going through a pile of movies and throwing in random shit from certain movies, and yet it never got dull! Nice work man, subbed!
I just hit 3012 blurays myself last Monday. Keep these videos going I enjoy seeing videos I may have missed . Top notch video
Your Mark Wahlberg and Nick Nolte impressions had me in stitches; they were spot on, lol! XD Oh, and that Edward Furlong impression was priceless too! That's one heck of a collection you've got there!
I love that Mrs. Doubtfire was sandwiched between Shutter Island & Collateral
With that collection you don't need Netflix. Kick ass collection.
Fun collection review!
Love your terrible impressions and references : )
I enjoyed watching the entire thing so thank you.
idk what it is about blu ray collection vids but I love watching them and they always seem to entertain me
I look along time for channel like this. You are awesome man, i subscribes for you and i like your page....

your comment smashed my funny bone for some reason... a sneeze and this guy gets buried in blue ray cases.. priceless. but then he continues going through the movies one at a time until he digs his way out again right?
Raging Bull isn't boring at all. LOVE IT. One of my absolute fav Scorsese movies and one of the biggest Oscar snubs in the world.
@jamesreddevil666 I know, I was talking about style and visuals.
@americanjedie yeah it appears that way.. I really do get a itchy nose in the winter.
A cool collection and great impersonations! Thanks! Have a nice weekend mate!
lol you re very funny when you talked about "Blow" movie .. "Are we okaaay!!"

Keep up the good work.
A giant Blu-ray collection being presented by a sexy man with pumped up arms in a Ninja Turtles t-shirt.. What's not to love?
@Miko1237 Yeah I should of made a joke or two about that one.. I was out of it after 20 minutes into the vid.
Awesome vid man, this was the first one i saw of yours a few months back and it pretty much got me to start collecting more blu rays haha. Keep it up man

@AlandoBlanco Yes thats the line I was trying to remember from Heat.
Lmao in batman voice "where are the boxing gloves!?!?"
Would of been hilarious if after all that you didn't push play on your camera haha! Ps your collection is beyond awesomeness!!
i love when John says at the beginning after the 2001 theme, "da da da", haha
@jepanic Jaws inst on blu-ray yet... I dont think American Graffiti is either.
4:04 I know this is old, but does anyone know what this is from? Is it from Warrior??
I haven't even watched 1 min of it yet and I already know its gonna be EPIC!
I know this is old, but I'm a little disappointed he didn't have a single Bill Murray movie.
Haha--dude your hilarious, definitely an awesome collection you have man. Great video as usual
i watched this entire video, i was laughing the whole time this guy says the funniest one liners
When he was about to sneeze it would not have taken much and he'd have buried himself in blu-rays.
