For clarity on Rafaam buddy for the ghost fight. @15:55
It's a slight bug.
The macaw attacked triggering the Spike shell.
The game registers this as the Macaw dying to the last instance of damage despite being minus health.
Rafaam buddy says "YOU destroy"
The macaw was destroyed by the opponents Spiked Shell or at least the game thinks it did.

It doesn’t work like that anymore. Ghoul now procs when a deathrattle minion dies, not when a deathrattle is triggered.
