Thank you for this beautiful information, please I need more information. After obtaining the UK naric / ecctic english certificate to prove my English proficiency, how can I use it to apply FOR NURSING REGISTRATION IN UK?.
Hi everyone, I promised to update you all about the outcome of trying out this UK NARIC process with NMC . I would like to state for a fact that I am already in the UK, got a job wrote osce and passed but wasn't given my PIN By NMC. As a matter of fact, I'm stuck as my other colleagues are already working as a Registered Nurses . After I submitted all my proof to NMC I was asked 2 questions at first: If I have the English Test or not, and the second question is if I have spent 12 months in the UK working in a health related field which is No . So I was asked to provide evidence for my English and I submitted the UK NARIC thing I did, letter of English proficiency from my school, transcript, I even added my certificate from the university. Then I was told I will get a response in 7 days. After 7 days I received a letter from NMC that they have decided that i should take an English Test either IELTS/OET and made a through explanation of all the types of evidence they accept. Evidence 1 is for IELTS/OET, Evidence 2 is if your employer can fill SIFE if you've worked in the UK for 12 months in health related field. And Evidence 3 is this Naric thing but for ppl who live in a country where English is their first language and I was sent a link to that effect, and when I checked Nigeria is not part of the list. On this note,I was asked to either take an English Test or Come for appeal if I feel I don't need to take the test. I hope this helps you all. @NurseMJ TV
Do you have a 4years degree? Thanks for sharing your experience with using the NARIC with us … I hope you get a positive appeal All the best in the rest of your journey 💘…

Hi, I am a bsc nurse in srilanka. I have got level c1 UK Naric. Currently I am working as a hca in the uk from last year. Can I directly apply nmc registration now.
Hi MJ ...Liked Your Video. My wife is planning for Pre Registration Msc Adult Nursing Course in UK. She has more than 6 months of clinical nurse experience. The course has both theory and hospital Internship. So my question is after completing the course , can she automatically become Registered Nurse after the course with NMC or she has to give OET, CBT and OSCE after passing the 2 year MSC course to become registered nurse. After passing from the college , will she require any letter from the college stating that her english proficiency is appropriate and submit it to NMC for registration. Pls advice
Ok...tnx for this awesome information please how do I start the process 🙏.....am a registered Nurse no bnsc yet...how can I benefit...if I choose study can I come with a child.is this allowed and in the course of study can I get a flexible job to help with d bills
Thanks so much for that great info, after uploading the NARIC on UK NMC, most one pay the 153pound for evaluation before applying for visa?? Will one have to wait for NMC approval first?
You need to get cleared by NMC UK, & have your temporary pin, to get employers that will then sponsor your visa to the UK
@@NurseMJTV thanks for that, I have an offer already and I’ve passed CBT, I’m left with the English Proficiency part.
Hi wealth..... please how do I go about the process ...... I have the letter and my BNsc ..... how did u make payment

Thanks for this info.
Nurse MJ thanks for the update. Please is it only applicable for degree holders
To be honest, I have only seen it work for degree holders from Nigeria, the agency I had a chat with also here in UK, only recommends it for Nurses with 4-5years degree. Except you’re from an English speaking country.
I don’t know what country you’re using it from and how many years your Nursing degree is, but ideally, it is for Degree holders.

Good day, I’ve gotten the NARIC and my English proficiency meets B1, I’ve also paid NMC 153pounds. How will it take for me to get response from NMC and what will be the next step because I’ve gotten a job.
Thanks 🥰
Oh! Excellent. Well done. Getting a decision depends on who’s evaluating your documents. Send an email to follow up the submission. Then Give at least 2weeks, b4 calling again. All the best
It’s over 2weeks already, I will call and get back to you. Thanks
Good day, I reached out to NMC today after 3weeks of submission and the response I got was that I have to write osce before they make decision.
