- This video goes over some of the techniques I have learned over the years of fishing all over the country. If you give some of the tips in this video a try, please come back and let me know how it turned out. Thank you guys so much for watching and engaging with my content it really helps me out.
Been rolling that big blade for long as I can remember, especially pre spawn . Also wake it in late fall. Good stuff Cobb.
A solid black, blue or purple skirt in cloudy weather can be lethal over lighter colors.
Been fishing a spinnerbaits since 1957, I mostly use 1/4, 1/2, and 5/8 oz.depending on cover and water temp. Good luck !
I fish a single willow blade and I use a Fat Albert grub from Zoom. Caught a lot of bass on the single blade, occasionally a Colorado blade, but mostly a willow. I think the single blade shines because most people throw tandem blades.
Good Stuff! One of the Best Channels on RUclips!
Thanks! Appreciate it!
I fish a single Colorado with an Uncle Josh #11 pork frog at night in the south with a pump and drop retrieve. Great for large and smallmouth in highland reservoirs.
I fish an Indiana with a small piece of senko as trailor just to give the fish a bit more substance to vacuum up my spinnerbaits. No action just girth. Has its place. When I use a trailor other times I throw a free loader or any fluke style plastic. Current and blades give plenty of action.
Thanks for the tips! Love these videos yoir doing! Good luck this year!
Thanks Brandon great video and need to try that spinnerbait. I'm a spinnerbait guy 👍🏻
I love a spinnerbait so much, from those subtle winter bites to the ones in the Summer that rip your arm off and everything in between. They catch numbers sometimes and they catch biggins
yes sir!
You giving up good stuff...that's a good bite.
Nice. Thanks
I like doing this with a large single willow. the flutter when you drop slack is amazing.
Need the redman spinnerbait. Jimmy Houston knows his spinnerbaits. Ive thrown the ozark trail cheapos but the blades come off and they break after afew fish bend them out.
Caught a 10 lb on a small one six pound test. Otay
You can slow roll that bait deep and catch some big bass...over a stump field or deep brush or even grass
I fish 1/4 oz here sometimes 3/8 oz , cut that long arm back make it short same blade and hold on. Try Hilderbrandt blades
I'll have to look into them! thanks!
Hildebrand blades are the best, period
