Also, I see videos about people talking about being good is a detriment for survival. Being kind and compassionate is treated as a fool and as a weakness. (Being taken advantage of)
So then is this trying to say that there is no point being good then? or are these people actually the “devil” preventing one from getting good karma?

and then another video by this person claim that reality is an illusion (everyone is not real but your dream construct)
Quit this bullshit. If this concept is real it means that you all are just a dream construct of mine. (As he claimed on the other video)
Which means that karma is fake and I can do what I want to anyone without repercussions of hurting their souls etc.
This is very very dangerous claims because you are convincing people to believe that they can do what they want and making them causing karma to impact people in anyways that is not good etc.

You are dreaming about it wrong, obviously.
Both waking and dreaming involve a stream of consciousness where we think, feel, and perceive. In dreams, we often accept the surreal as real until we wake up. When awake, we often accept what we perceive as reality. We know reality is made of particles, quantum fields, etc.. but that's NOT what we perceive. We perceive SOLID objects with heat/cold and light/dark. None of this inherently exists as part of reality. We perceive a biological dream so to speak.
In our waking life, we construct a perceived reality based on our thoughts, feelings, and sensory inputs, just like a dream. Oftentimes, these waking dreams diverge from objective reality and are driving our behaviors completely. When you dream a goal, or dream an enemy, or dream an object of desire, you are dreaming. Imagination is no different than a dream. The key difference is our level of awareness and control, with waking life typically providing more coherence and continuity, even though we might still dream about different realities or futures while awake. That is, we can dream the rope is a snake, or the person behind us is a threat, or we're a nice person, or tue politician is going to destroy the country or the swami is a charlatan, or I'm another whack job.
You're never going to realize this by thinking about it because thinking is a dream. The only way to see it is to just be. Meditation is typically how you would do this.
Stop dreaming. It's not gonna kill you.
