God - Ishwara. Why is it that Ishwara is not mentioned enough?

Here he is mentioned as Brahman. Ishwara, in Vedanta is the creator . When Ultimate God,Brahman , the formless , in the seed form changes to active form , which is Shakti, The Ishwara is created who gives birth to creation . 🙏🏼🙏🏼

But maybe in Advaita Vedanta , there is no Ishwara . It is a Tantra term. I am myself confused now 😂
