That way you don’t have to stop and start every 30-90 seconds. I learned this a few months back and it changed the game for me. So much easier

Youve spoken of Canva quite a bit, and Im thinking is that how you design what you want and THEN send it to Transfer Express? Pressing with a collar with a high probability is not the best idea, because the pressure is not uniform, some of the heat is lost. When working with thermal films, this is critical, but in your case, when working with thermal transmitters, it may be allowed, but it is still not desirable, you can put something behind the back.

She buys plain shirts without the designs. Then she uses the heat press to put her designs on them.
I buy blanks and press designs onto them!
