- Currently ripping through Dave Grohl's autobiography. While I was obviously a fan, now I'm a bigger fan :) He mentioned Alone + Easy Target and that made me think we should all learn how to play it on our guitars. So here we go!

Amazing tutorial, I am a complete beginner and this was a very easy song to get myself settled into power chords in Drop D! Not to mention you explained everything crystal clearly. Thank you!!!! (This is my favorite Foo Fighters song as well :] )

Hey, man. Great lesson of an overlooked Foo gem. Unrelated, have you ever done a deep dive of the solo career of Jerry Cantrell? He has three solo records, they’re called Boggy Depot, Degradation Trip, and Brighten. All three are great but the middle album in particular is a BEAST.

Great lesson. Do you think the first Foo album could have been on a Nirvana album? Apparently Kurt loved Alone and Easy Target plus Exhausted. I can see a lot of the songs on a Nirvana album.

Love this song. I've been trying to play "I'll stick around" for the longest time, but my wrist just hasn't got the capacity to switch chords so quick.
