    We flew with Iberia from London to Lima a month ago and it was an absolutely terrible experience. We struggled with delays, missed connections, complete inflexibility (even though flight delays are not our fault!), forced to pay for additional baggage (even though flight delays are not our fault!), forced to buy a whole new ticket, etc etc. The customer service staff, check-in staff, telephone hotline staff were completely unhelpful, unsympathetic and not to mention, rude. The only salvation were the crew on the flight who tried their best to make amends to our ordeal. I will never fly Iberia again.

      Well, you have more choices in the market. Skytrax seems not to agree with you. 14th best airline in the world in 2023. All airlines fails in certain extent.

    I always flying with Iberia I never had a problems and for me is excellent and I love the new changes

    I justflew with Iberia from A'Coruna- Madrid- Heathrow, there and back. what a great experience.

    ¿Por qué haces marketing en inglés cuando menos del 1% de los residentes extranjeros son angloparlantes? Esto, además del hecho de que la mayoría de los 287.000 expatriados británicos están en España y muchos no hablan ni una palabra de español. Qué vergüenza.

      Pero que dices….es el idioma internacional por excelencia. O crees que todos los pasajeros en su red mundial, habla español?. Hay anuncios en varios idiomas. Uno de ellos debe ser en inglés obviamente. Como en las voces de cabina.

      @@FranciscoCamino La realidad es que el inglés no es el único idioma global. De hecho, el español es una lengua más fluida que el inglés en más de 140 millones de personas y es la segunda lengua de Estados Unidos en 70 millones de hablantes nativos. De hecho, Francia es el primer socio comercial de la economía española y el inglés tampoco se habla tanto. Estados Unidos y el Reino Unido ni siquiera figuran entre los cinco primeros socios comerciales. Entonces, ¿qué idioma es más importante aquí?

      @@robertlheath Que no. No hablo de cuantos hablantes hablan la lengua como primera lengua, sino la lengua para que todo el planeta se comunique. En negocios, comercio mundial, cumbres etc. Nos guste o no, aprendemos nuestra lengua y luego inglés. Iberia transporta chinos, americanos, thailandeses y así hasta 100 nacionalidades o más. Cual es el idioma nexo?. Hay el mismo anuncio en español.

      @@FranciscoCamino ridicula defesa de um idioma que se diz o "global internacional". Com ordens de quem? Dá muita preguiça esse debate com pessoas que não têm consciência histórica, econômica e social e dão a cara à tapa por culturas diferentes da sua.

      Tambem não gostei do vídeo em inglês. Mania de vira latas. Ibéria é uma cia espanhola. Nenhuma cia norte americana escreve em outro idioma diferente do seu. Porque uma cia espanhola escreve e faz vídeo em inglês? Risível.

    Last time I flew Iberia I had the worst seat in the plane. It did not recline and it was against the bathroom wall. It was 7 hours of torture. I hope my next flight is better!

    Nobody speaks or has ever spoken Latin on the American continent. So, calling it Latin America is totally wrong.

      Of course they do and did speak Latin in South America! It was the Jesuits’ method of communication in speech and in their chronicles. And today, there are groups the world over, which practise the ancient tongue for fun…even in South America. The very first European histories of the Americas were written in Latin, too. As for the appellation: Latin or Hispanic? The latter would leave out the Lusitanians! Both languages are Romance languages, derived from Latin. So, the term Latin seems more inclusive! 😻🥴😹

      @@catherinemori4496@catherinemori4496 I was referring more to the general population of a region or country, not a small group of people, which, in this case, is a very small group. One problem is that most people think of Latins as the people who speak Spanish in the Americas, leaving out the Italians, the French, the Rumanians, and the Portuguese, who, by the language they speak ( a romance language), should be included as Latins, too.

    all that sounds good. But no words over the badest customer service for the reservation and billing prozess for the tikets! I never had so much trubles than with IBERIA! nothing did work and eather the support team was able to resolve it. I needet to buy in separate an aditionla tiket on my own costs! indeed the personal I agree is very frindly and traying the best. But it doesn't help wenn the system/SW don't work. :-(

    Please Be Aware. Iberia is not the airline you should trust. My daughter was excited for Barcelona trip (July 2024) so she purchased premium economy class for Barcelona trip 6 months in advance only to be changed at the last minute. Iberia claim the change the plane but the was a lie, they resold the ticket to higher bidder and force to change my daughter's tickets both to economy for to and from Barcelona. Customer service is horrible not helpful. Iberia ethical practices and lack of customer service ruined my daughter graduation gift/trip. I'm hoping this comment will stop Iberia from their unethical and anti-customer practices. We are still waiting for Iberia to at minimum honor their own guideline (refunding 75% of original ticket price) prior to filing a complain with appropriate authorities.

    Iberia has one of the worst service on earth, in the counter ticket, over the phone and by email. Spanish people working in services like airlines, must be better trained. Iberia does a good marketing, but they don’t know the concept of customer’s satisfaction or what customer service means.
    Japanese people will not flight Iberia for sure.

      As usual a bit of xenophobic prejudices. You have a wide range of options in the market if you think they treat you much better.
