I hate baliffs who say 'i pay my debts' as if thats what they tell themselves to make it OK. Ppl - especially working class who struggle for bank credit etc - get ripped off by companies such as Provident and Bright house and other companies who then send the goons round to intimidate them. When I was 21 I got in a ton of debt (my own fault and was young and stupid but didnt care at the time) and they kept selling the debt on to shadier and shadier companies who kept coming round and sending threatening letters. Eventually when they realised they were getting fuck all they left it. 10 yrs later I have good credit and all that debt is gone. The ONLY baliffs you have to worry about is real court baliffs who have the power of entry and power to arrest you and take you before a judge. NEVER let a baliff in or on your property or engage with them in any way

Few years ago Jacobs came and put a clamp on my car saying they would remove my vehicle if I didn't pay them a ridiculous amount so I friend of mine cut the clamp off n left it at the side of the road by the time they came bk someone had already nicked the clamp lol they didn't even knock on the door n Ive never heard from Jacobs again
