NOTICE OF DISPUTE AND REQUEST
I have been provided with two documents, which indicate that my private and confidantial DATA, has beenunlawfully passed to you, for nefarious purposes.
Firstly, an ID has been supplied by your agent Kenneth Warby, to justify actions which he committed in 2014 and 2015.
Second, a letter has been supplied to me on 22nd July, by the LCCC, stating that you have been instructed to collect a debt. I was refused an office copy of the Debt, and the instruction.
As a matter of courtesy, I wish to settle any outstanding matter, upon validation, of its lawfulness.
In this regard, please verify the following, with the documentary authority:-
1- Is the ID attached authentic, and was Kenneth Warby an agent of yours as at 17th December 2014 to March 9th 2015.
2- Were you actually instructed by the LCCC to collect a debt, and if so, what documentary authority were yoU supplied with.
