@@dylanboye It really is easy to slip back .. that's why we something or someone to hold us accountable. A good way is to look at yourself as a separate person who you have to take care of and find ways to get them to inspire and achieve some solid goals. Have you heard of Joe Dispenzer or Prof Bruce Lipton "biology of belief". Joe especially has a variety of fascinating ways to bring about lasting change. We grow up programmed by our environment to be a certain way.. Essentially we are not he person with the name and habit's etc, we are the consciousness observing that person that we think is us... And so we can follow techniques to reprogram our subconscious to be more in line with what we truly resonate with. Rather than what our environmental has imposed on us through generational repetition. There's loads to it. Helps us to reprogram those habits that may be holding us back.
