I'm liking what I see here, It's an actual slime, It's doing slimy things, It's moving like slime would like sliding...I'd love to see it just fall apart and reform after a slam OR what I've always wanted to see, Using a fire weapon would ignite it acting as a threat to the player as well as a debuff to KS.
The way the crown almost comically falls onto King Slime matches the tone of the music perfectly, a very derpy battle. The whole fight gives me Runmo vibes. I love it. Edit: Lmao, the stock explosion at the end better be added in-game
Finally, a rework that stays true to the core concept to the boss itself. I had been BEGGING for one of these. That weapon you're using for the fight also seems really interesting, I assume it's a drop from Manaflora. You have seriously improved your modding skills ever since I last saw other modded content coming from you, and it really fits with the current modding standards of the tmod community these days. Genuinely can't wait to try this for myself! P.S: The Manaflora fight was a blast! It's pretty solid for a boss that's fought extremely early on in the game especially with the amount of attack variety it possesses. I have high hopes for the future of this mod. You're a go getter, Casey!
Never have I been so excited to follow a mod’s development before! Wayfair Pack feels distinctly refreshing and alive, partly due to how quirky it is. The only change I can see KS really needing is a better warning for the slide, as that seemed to be hitting you a lot. Aside from that one nitpick, you’re ballin!
Oh my god the weapons and the fight as a whole look fuckin' sick. Also love the emphasis on KS's movements being significantly more oriented towards its very apparent tactile form with code animations of it sliding around and jiggling. Absolutely love it.
This is my first time hearing anything about this mod and you've already sold me. Smooth animations, boppin music, unique attack patterns and weapons, this all looks incredible. I'm especially fond of the sound design, love the noise king slime makes when it does its telegraphed bounce attack
How will bosses like the eye of Cthulhu or eater of worlds look? If THIS is king slime, I can only imagine how perfect things like planterra, golem, lunatic cultist and moonlord will look like (not to mention EOL)
I wonder, are you going to have "Eden" & Wayfair Content pack going to be part of the same thing or just completely separate? If you're going to make Eden be themed things & Wayfair just be misc./vanilla changes that'd be cool, eitherway. I assume you'll keep them separate though.

@@venomousslime6797 games(and content mods) need a stylistic identity, which is achieved by having everything that isn't supposed to clash with everything else, well, not clash with everything else. Why would anyone want a big blob that normally fits in with the entirety of the game suddenly clash? Or why would anyone want a part of a fairly normal weapon clash with the entirety of the game? I'm not saying weapons should be designed around not clashing with king slime, i'm saying that they do clash, and that making them clash is not a good idea
Oh, also, there are at least 4 new songs in WAYFAIR after the Skeletron one, & there's most likely at least 1 new song in the content pack, so... not really? I mean, I guess your claim would still be true if you meant no public music.

Actually feels like a slime now, not some stiff monotonous mass. Phenomenal job on the rework (and the theme too of course)!!!!
This looks very fun! The basketball sfx and the extra emphasis on the jiggles almost makes it seem like it's dancing
