I've asked this question but I really need someone to answer this "Why were Louis and Armand see do drawn into Daniel what about Daniel made Louis open up to him?"
I think it's because Malloy showed interest in his story and being interviewed. Louis was able to have a release about his past. Something he probably needed. Most dudes he encounters were more about fun and being food.
Reading the books are even better.
I plan on buying the first three to keep me busy once the season ends.
I started with IWTV when I was in the early 90s and I have been hooked ever since! I met Anne Rice when she was promoting Queen of the Damned here in Houston, Tx. She signed my copy first edition and I still have it to this very day.

@dontsplitup Im glad that I got a chance meet her before she passed. The bookstore that she stopped in was called, LOBO but, it closed down in the early 2000s.

So the theater burned down but is it not like Armand is still playing director, pulling the strings of people around him like characters in his own play..... Waiting for Lestat to come back and flip the script.
It's all gonna hit the fan once Lestat comes through and I'm here for it.
Great show ... But not as good as the books!
I'm probably going to buy the first 3 books and begin reading what I can once tbis season is over.
@dontsplitup , oh I definitely would! Totally worth the investment. There are some differences, yeah. but they stuck to most of the major milestones of the book and Im loving it.
