I told Mom when she was making her last batch of Gumdrop Cake (They're baked in loaf pans just like these are) to use it & save herself some time & lots of washing loaf pans. Her "reason" for not using it was that in the smaller pans, she wouldn't know what the cooking time would be. 🙄. Good grief, even I know in a situation like that, from about the 25 min mark, you do the skewer test every 5 - 10 mins, but....Yeah. They have yet to be "christened" & I've been craving Lemon Loaf lately. A friend sent me a great Gluten Free recipe, her words after trying it & if she says it's great then...😄😄😄. I wanted to tell you about this lady I know. Doctor told her she was going to need a knee replacement. Her should was messed up to. She started eating meat and just meat.
