    I have spent more time on my double stroke roll than anything else. There is something very meditative about it. I practiced it sometimes for hours a day while recovering and healing from surgery. Great video! I love your content and teaching style!

      Thank you so much for the kind comment! There is definitely something very meditative about the double stroke (and other rudiments/drumming in general as well). I do think that aspect is one of the big reasons I ended up doing so much drumming and sticking with it for so long. Happy drumming!

      Hi Antonio, You're very welcome. I do believe these exercises will help you. Be patient and give it some time, work through the exercises regularly and you will see improvement over time. Remember to practice the movements slowly and relaxed, the speed will come naturally as your control improves.
