      Coconut and olive oil not at all healthy
      Mustard oil
      If u want to use oil then u can use mustard
      Otherwise
      oil is not necessary for your body at all
      How soooo much processed thing like oil u saying is required for our body

    Oil (cold-pressed, not the 'refined' variety) is not bad for you. It is the carbs that need to be reduced. China, India, Pakistan are the top three diabetes prone countries because of our super affinity to carbohydrate food (coupled with less/no exercise). The TED talk by Sarah Hallberg is worth watching on youtube in this regard.

    Is it necessary to first fry the puris in water and then place them in an air fryer or directly we can make the puris in an air fryer
