Credit Roll reminds me of how ppl (including me) will stick around after a movie when the credits are rolling. But credits are usually where the audience gets to have a name to the creatives involved but not shown in the main attraction. So, my interpretation is that RM is asking if you're the type of person who sticks around to check who these ppl are (if you're the type of audience who digs into the background of the art) or are you the type who goes off to their own lives bc this aspect isn't as important to you as the main attraction (if you're the type to take in the artwork, as is, regardless of its history or the ppl who make it). I'm abt to go too deeper into philosophy/theory on my perspective, but I also think both are valid reactions for art. I believe once art is out there, it no longer belongs to just the artist bc it's for everybody. The artist's creative intent may not influence how the audience receives/interprets the art piece, bc if the audience doesnt know abt the artist, then they may come up with alternative interpretations based on how the art affected them personally. And I think this alt interpretation is just as valid as the artist's interpretation bc of the fact that sm1 was still actually influenced by that piece of art.
Yes, I completely agree - and I really respect artists who acknowledge the various interpretations of their work. RM is broad minded and many of his lyrics are abstract which makes it completely open to interpretation
Get to know Namjoon from his early days and you will see him in RPWP....welcome to Real Me RM...
