It'll Be Alright On The Night, wasn't on regularly, but I used to scan the paper's TV guide every week to make sure I didn't miss an episode, the good old days of the shared experience 🙂
All tv is terrible now , too much bull shit celebrity TV and not enough funny 😂 never will we get shoes like only fools or bottom , wouldn't wanna affend anyone now would we england 😉
I was born and bred in Newham. It’s great to see and hear a proper cockney. She reminds me of all of my female relatives. Brilliant, and sad to see it’s all gone.
that actor with the orange -topped jacket was always very good. always had a funny way of phrasing things, and winding people up to the limit. he certainly learned how to duck, & dodge punches and various stuff lobbed at him. !!
Absolute clasic, Ive seen many Beadls abot clips but that one I'd missed until now! Absolutely brilliant! Classic TV....made in a time when there was no 'The Voice' or BGT, The Masked Singer or any other crap like that!
@@clairemcmahon9392 Is that your definition of “woke” then? That’s interesting actually, because what I take from this is you appear to be offended by modern TV.
@@mrfoxly6833you sound like a prat ! Of course the tv is woke nowadays, people aren’t allowed to say anything without getting cancelled by feeble minded people who are soft and fragile
In this day and age there would be several law suits for assault etc etc. “Back in the day” all it took was a hug and an apology. Pretty stressful for her at the time though, but that’s what Beadles about was all about.
I queried once how come the victims never knock Beadle or his staff out in these situations. The reply I got was the producers do a lot of background research on any potential "victims" to minimise the chances of that happening.
Sat night catchphrase, baywatch, gladiators, blind date, you bet, you've been framed, beadles about - we didn't know how good we had it!
👍
so very true, we never knew when we watched our last did we

I used to love this programme, Saturday night TV isn’t what it used to be

This brought back some childhood memories. Telly used to be great back then. Thanks for uploading this ❤😂
A happier time to live in. Great memories 👌🏻
Totally agree.
The good old days when we were allowed a sense of humour
That’s what my channel is all about. Humour is becoming a thing of the past ☹️
Still have sense of humour
*_dont keep showin me bits o paper_*
Who's allowing? An what right do they have to do so? =
@bazmo.uk.894What are you talking about? the government don’t have anything to do with what comedy shows are on T.V.
Jeremy Beadle was for a long while the most hated man on TV for such pranks. Unjustifiably so as the man was a genius
Hated by who?? Load of tosh
He was brilliant.
It's why TV is now filled with 'pretty' presenters. Looks over talent now because of the halo effect.
I don't remember him being hated.
Nobody hated him, stop talking bollocks.
Thats all i need now! A poxy frog! 😂
that actor with the orange -topped jacket was always very good. always had a funny way of phrasing things, and winding people up to the limit. he certainly learned how to duck, & dodge punches and various stuff lobbed at him. !!
Lol these guys were so good!
Remember when he actually got stabbed once with a pitch fork.
Brilliant tv worth watching and so much better than the crap we get now.
And now we have Ant and Dec 🥱

Back when there was proper TV made and not woke crap scared to offend. Beatles about was brilliant 😂 Everyone loved it. Pure class.
Beatles About was great, I particularly enjoyed when they delivered that yellow submarine to that very same woman!

An estimate of Beadle's total charitable fund raising is around £100 million. - WOW what a guy!

I don't think her reaction is particularly surprising. I'm sure anyone would react similarly if they came back to their house and found this going on.
