Your last words in the video, the 4th pin is the drain. I thought 4th pin was the gate and 5-8 on the opposite side were drain (mosfet)?

Thx for great videos.. I have a tablet with one system power ic whose marking is not visible, it has a smd component marked Y which I found it shorted. I can't figure wht Y stands for. Googling it Y had option of zener diode, but I find no line on the smd device, and it is not thick as zener diode but thin. I would like to know what is Y

Hi there, please make a tutorial video about what is diffrent between diode mode and continuity mode when we want to check, test or find short on laptop mainboread ,why somtimes we must use diode mode or somtimes continuity mode ,??eveyone just use this two method but they are not expline why ??thnx
