In this video we will show you how Iranian villagers make Ash - e Reshteh , which is an Iranian traditional soup with noodles. Iranian cuisine is various and vast, and in Iranian Villages and nomad camps, many dishes are still prepared and served in the traditional way. Watch how the villagers prepare and cook different ingredients of the recipe saparetly and then cook them all together.
Ash - E Reshteh (Soup of Noodle) is one of the most popular dishes between Iranians and those who visit Iran alike. The reshteh smells of flour and dough, and when cooked with the many vegetables and beans and peas, it tastes really delicious, specially if served in cold nights. Curd and in some cases boiled mint is added on top or on the side when being served.
In this channel, you will get to know the lifestyle of the village and nomadic people in Iran.
Ash e reshteh Recipe :
Red beans
lentils
Pea
noodles
Ash vegetables, including spinach, leek, parsley and coriander
onion oil
Salt
Turmeric
Don't forget to add curd on top before serving!

They live a beautiful old-fashioned lifestyle. Women take care of children and the home, and the men are out and usually work in the fields and look after the animals+++
@@-Zagros they’ve only shown the men sitting and eating and have shown the women taking care of the cattle and gathering fruit and sticks so what cattle are the men taking care of? They only seem to sit around eating. I don’t know maybe they have jobs away from home. I do agree that maybe they just don’t film the men but it doesn’t seem like the men are doing much

Me gustan paisajes me gusta ver personas con otro estilo de "vida" pero no puedo dejar de pensar por que las mujeres todo el día trabajan todo su tiempo se les va en cocinar en atender a los hombres servirles primero a ellos después los niños y por último ellas y los hombres solo sentados esperando todo sin hacer nada o casi nada entiendo que ellos siembran y cuidan sus cabras pero no todo el tiempo y estás admirables y trabajadoras mujeres no paran y las niñas también ayudan pero y los hombres? Esos niños tan descuidados no sé no entiendo son sus costumbres se respetan pero por qué que futuro tienen esos niños la de las niñas ya se seguir con la tradición sujetas al queacer y todo lo que conlleva buscar leña,agua etc y todavía ir con ellos a guisarles dónde andan sembrando Dios las bendiga, ayude,y les de fortaleza con todo respeto y admiración

Mr Silva, watch the video of the Nomads of Perk returning from the plateau to the village. While the nomads of this village are returning from the plateau, you will notice that they pass through the village of Doora, Rosta and descend further down. There are 3 hills to the south of Doora, close to the river, behind that middle hill is the village of Perk. the nomadic village you are watching right now. Doora live in the village about 3 kilometers up, and Perk live in the village just below the hill. They are close to each other. By the way, Vest and Perk seem like close friends.

It would be very helpful if you could write in captions which part of Iran are those Nomadic tribes live and what are the names of those nomadic people, as we know, there are different nomadic people live in different part of country and each nomad has its unique way of life and culture. This one more looks like to Bakhtiari tribe who lives around Shahrekord city. 🌹
They almost live all over the country but different tribes, Bakhtiari is one of them as the Princess Sorraya but other tribes too, their population has decreased recent decades dramatically, before they were traditionally source of cattle industry and before forming peesent new modern army they were supposed to be army of different areas, their life style and fabrics were more organic, including the tents which were weaved by women from wool now shows mix of plastic things in their life.
Soup is thicker called Ush which is a complete meal not an appetizer, and Ush Reshte means gathering/friendship/sharing with family friends neighbours and community that's why they are sending kids to neighbours even today in cities is the same....all about sharing and unity😇

And why would she have put mud on the outsides and bottom of the big soup pan before putting it on the fire?
