Melody can take the kids wherever she wants during her time with the kids but she realizes that flying back and forth like that will not be good for the kids. Martell seems to be an attentive father and the courts will not allow the kids to be taken from him. How he treats the wife/mother in the courts mind has nothing to do with the kids. Melody cannot get a restraining order and then choose to still work with Martell on LAMH. She will have to make a choice, money or sanity!
