This is such great information, thank you so much!! I am still struggling a year out of an addictive relationship. The breakup was traumatic, and I am some days feeling empowered and some days back to grieving the loss despite how awful he was to me. Appriciate this infomation, gives a lot to ponder on and learn from!

I can relate. I get annoyed that it's still an issue and ruins a lot of my days. I struggle to find anything I enjoy to stop me from ruminating about it.

First off, thankyou for your content , you do an amazing job at explaining ! Secondly , love the red ! I did not expect to see you in red ! Wonderful! Beautiful:)
I am not in the field however am considering going to get my Masters in psych. Your content is so important to professionals and also to those of us who have endured needlessly for years without strategies and tools to heal our bodies from trauma and anxiety. The content you have taught has been informative and transformative.
    Keep up the amazing work!

@@Karina_Engr you hear a ton about codependacy but very little about counter. I think that counterdependacy are people who are very self reliant and find it extremely difficult to ask for help. Where the codependacy person feels valuable for saving people the counterdependacy person feels valuable in not needing anyone.

I have learned to set boundaries with people in situations like this. It is overwhelming I know some one who is always group texting to get their emotional needs met, it is overwhelming, I have learned to set boundaries with this and not feeling bad about setting boundaries. I am taking care of my mental health well being by setting boundaries with these type of situations, I am so glad for setting and have learned to set boundaries because one gets their life back by setting boundaries.
