something I want to mention is that there are two main classifications for this video. the first one are diamonds and specifically in this video diamonds are lab-created diamonds and natural diamonds. the next classification are CZ crystals also known as cubic zirconia. the important thing to understand is that there is no visual difference between a real and a lab diamond, that is under microscope. cubic zirconia will also seem identical to real and lab diamonds without a microscope. without the use of microscope is essentially all of these crystals look real. with a great setting single one of these crystals considered for the richest of the rich. the thing that I realized is that lab diamonds are about one-third the cost of real diamonds. how many Jewelers if they are selling real diamonds because they seem real and a scanner test they are lab-created diamonds. you can call this a scam but you can also call it quote smart marketing essentially buying the same exact product on wholesale. the way people look at it is that imagine if you are with to buy a scarf that same exact scarf was on Discount Tile versus that other scarf that was also considered the same was on the front desk when you first enter the store . the one in the front desk inside of that glass case cost $15,000 . the one in the discount tile cost $2 is there the same product Pierre the same at least wouldn't you go for the $2 product ?
that's the whole rationale behind using diamonds vs lab diamonds or vice versa oh, some people value Xtreme cost in products some people don't . but the thing that irks me the most is when I see a cubic zirconia company list their product as a lab Diamond just to see more fancy assuming that the consumer is not educated on the difference between a lab diamond and cubic zirconia. the truth is there is a critical difference between a lab diamond and cubic zirconia Jewelers will not tell you that the spec Jewelers online I want to sell you a product that's probably would have been worth thousands and thousands of dollars . so don't get fooled next time you see lab diamonds on somebody's website it's not true it's probably cubic zirconia .

In greece even the top artists are uaing jewellery with CZ . The reason is that in Greece the amount of money people get are too low , its not like usa. Even top artists with millions of views have CZ. But who cares. Its all about the outfit , and make you happy and fresh.

End of the day the metal the jewelry was made with is more important to me. I grew up in the 80s and 90s when diamonds weren’t as desirable in hip hop especially. It was all about big gold chains and medallions.

thats the thing you gotta use your better judgement a little lab diamonds is expenisve , not as expensive as diamonds but still expensive... if the price is too cheap you know for a fact something is up, check the jewlers refund policy and see if you can bring a diamond tester depending on where you buy it... scammer jewlers that dont give a shit about people will scam people all the time!
rcash there’s always the option of buying the lab diamonds you want loose from a manufacturer, which you can find online, and then take them to a jeweler and have him/her make the jewelry you want.

Babatunde Babatunde that’s only half true. Real diamonds of a certain size and quality are quite rare in nature, therefore they’ll always be way more valuable than something lab grown because they’re the real deal and not a copy. Just like a real painting will always be worth more than a copy of a real painting, no matter how perfect the copy is.

Honestly if you don’t have the money for real diamonds which I know most don’t.. I think just for yourself to flex with a few friends or go out with your girl. It’s worth getting the lab diamonds cheaper and definitely will look just as good as the real. Trust tho nobody should get finessed it’s fucked up how some actual stores do that...

WTF?! You can use any diamond tester to test the thermal conductivity of the stone to differentiate between CZ & diamonds. It’s harder when comparing moisante to diamonds, you have to use an electrical conductivity tester, and even use blacklight when you’re doing it. You have to use ultrasound to check if it’s gold or silver.

Cubic Zirconia Reviews I don’t think they can be trusted because they say they’re gold plating will never break down. Everyone knows that plating of any kind will eventually be worn down. In the case of a pendant the inside of the hook where the chain goes through will be the first to go! You’re better off getting one in sterling silver. It will save you a bit of money.

there is no such thing as flawless vvs simulated diamonds, unfortunately, that doesn't exist. its a play on words that they use to make you think you are buying something special, also not all diamond testers are created qual, they arent selling you diamonds they are selling you cz's if they sold you a diamond based product the cheapest thing on their store would cost at least 40-50 thousand dollars, that's not an exaggeration.
simulated diamonds = cubic zirconia. lab diamond is not the same as simulated diamonds. lab diamonds are similar to natural diamond

Cz will never test as diamonds. Its has very very little to no carbon. However moissanite is high in carbon so it will test as diamonds. Its carbon makeup causes it to be almost as hard as diamond. If you don’t want something as cheap as a cz but cant afford a diamond or even a lab diamond, picking a moissanite is the perfect option in my opinion

I understand the spirit of the video but I cannot agree with the statement "under the naked eye they look identical".
To someone who knows diamonds a cursory glance is more than enough to tell if one is a diamond or a Cz, maybe some really nice lab diamonds might fool someone but the crystalline structure inside is different and therefore the light refraction is as well.
Besides if it is a lab diamond a piece of written paper is enough for a quick test.
thats not true thats complete bullshit, if you compare the two with them right next to each other you might be able to tell the difference but out in the street nobody can tell the difference, especially when natural lights are hitting. There is no difference man, and plus lets say your part of the .01% and know the difference using your eyes, how many others are there out there? Not many, my whole purpose behind making the video is telling the young guys out there save your money and dont fuck yourself by spending thousands on something that is just going to impress someone else, for what? If you want to look fly you dont need 20 bands to do so, you can cop a cheap piece of jewelry for 100 bucks MAX and save that bread- when i sold my business i wanted to get something dope it cost over 40 grand i wasnt gonna pay that, so i bought a piece for 200 bucks looks exactly the same

This is only true if you are trying to fake like it is real. When people mention my jewelry, I am upfront about them being lab diamonds. I actually told a few friends about them and they ended up purchasing lab diamonds instead of spending crazy money on diamonds.

A lot of jewelers are doing using moisannite and lab diamond mix to cut cost! They will say it’s all VVS diamonds and mix the with diamond, lab diamond, and moisannite. So be aware of these so called celebrity jewelers.

Natural diamonds, lab diamonds (actual diamonds, not CZs), and high quality moissanite (silicon carbide) gems will all pass the typical handheld diamond tester based upon thermal conductivity. Even if the tester has a moissanite setting, the high quality moissanite will pass as a diamond.

its not that its a scam, they just charge too much for what they are really selling, they make claims that they are simulated diamonds or whatever words they use they arent being 100% transparent with the customer and they are overcharging. I spoke about this before in my jewelry videos, the fancy packaging are all distractions from the actual product. There are others out there who will provide the same product for the a completely different price. Once again its not a scam, scam is a strong word, but there are better options out there. But if you want to spend your money with them go right ahead brother, its your money your choice.

well one more aspect is investment. do you want your investment to stay stable or go up? or go down? Because lab grown diamonds can be produced in as much quantity as we need. so there is a supply as much as there is a demand. so the price of the same in future will go down for sure. its simple demand and supply calculation. where as the supply of natural diamond is limited so price of the same will remain stable or will go up for sure. i think all buyer should be educated with this aspect as well.

While comparing Lab Grown Diamond and Natural Diamond people talk about this aspect separately. Due to this what happens is people may not make well informed decision. If such all aspect are discussed altogether than I am 100% sure that many people will change their decision of buying certain type of diamonds.

Not coming at your neck but just saying lab diamonds are real diamonds they're just not genuine diamonds which are natural from the earth because if you test lab diamonds they will show as an authentic diamond they were just man made but still are real and 1/3 of the price of real diamonds well it depends on what clarity of diamond you're comparing them to but 1/3 the price of vvs diamonds which are the type of diamonds rappers wear yes that sounds about right.
