I need to make egg rolls more often, they are so easy to do.
Great looking pork rolls!
If you cool down the inside mixture first, they wouldn't explode. Also they are folded wrong should roll the wrappers layer out in a diamond shape. Missing bean sprouts - the best part. Cant go wrong with all bean sprouts and meat!
Oh yes love bean sprouts! These are the way my Vietnamese friend taught me to roll! What’s so fun about eggrolls is that you can make them a ton of ways and the end result is they always taste delish! Thank you for watching!!
ln the UK we call these Spring Rolls. Can include meat or be straight up veggie. Tasty all the time. These look to be the best l've seen.

Can you freeze these, and if so, before or after cooking. Also, if before cooking, do you still do the egg wash, or wait until thawed and ready to cook?
