My dress was an empire waist organza (I’m petite, so the waistline fell about halfway between my bust and waist), lace bodice with a feminine Nehru collar, and sheer bishop sleeves w/lace cuffs. Simple and sweet. Nothing like the over-the-top dresses of that decade.

Randy, no veils at the back of the head -- it looks terrible. & definitely no puffy sleeves. (I love sleeves, but not the 80s kind.)
