Why didnt I see almost anyone talking about Burnout Dominator? It's was a damn good game that look like Burnout Revenge on PSP ! The Signature Takedown were so satisfaying and the game was super great!
i started off playing racing games with burnout. used to stake outside of a shop that had burnout 2 to play as a wee kid. played every single one of them since then, and those were just blissful days of nonstop crashing fun! had a dream a year or so ago where they announced a new burnout game. couldn't tell you the heartbreak i had when i woke up from that :(
Well...I am the strange one that love Paradise City, if you like Horizon, or the new NFS, hell, if you like any Racing open world, you have to praise the father of all of them. So...take me down to Paradise City, where the gas is cheap and the cars are pretty
Man, I really miss Burnout Revenge. Probably one of the few games that I completed as a kid. Unfortunately, the disc was corrupted and I couldn't find it at the local shop anymore when that happened.
Burnout 3 is easily the best. Fun races and crash mode, lots of cars to unlock, and a fantastic soundtrack with songs I still listen to today. Top 5 racing game for me.
Eu ainda tenho o disco do Burnout Revenge, sem dúvidas o melhor jogo de corrida arcade de todos os tempos. Bons tempos, boas memórias de centenas de horas jogadas. Excelente vídeo, continue assim!
Burnout revenge is literally my hole childhood, literally play until your hands bleed, then wait until stops and keep plaing... Ok maybe not so much but this game is one of the things that made the ps2 such an amazing console. Somehow i lost intrest in the game but im still able to spend several hours plaing and not caring, not to mention that i still want to unlock all the cars in my 10 year old save file that i have. Not gonna lie, i almost cried watching this, because i love it so much and play it so little nowadays, even tho i still have my ps2 and could even get it for my 360.
Burnout Dominator was ported TO the PSP, not FROM the PSP. It was a brand new game I wished you covered too, as I felt it was better than Revenge, which I found too easy with the traffic checking mechanic. Still great video, filled me with nostalgia and made me go install Burnout Paradise again. Burnout 3 has the best soundtrack of any racing game ever, btw.
Miss that day when i arrived at home from school and went to my bedroom , turned on my ps2 then played Burnout 3 and B.Revenge Edit : Do Anyone still remember the roadrage mode in Burnout3?
The yellow dots walls in Burnout 3 were re-used in Burnin' Rubber (2007) and in Traffic Slam (2008) which were heavily inspired by the Burnout series (but being adobe shockwave games instead, they were made by Xform Games a dutch dev company that still exist and got two games on Steam (Burnin' Rubber 5 HD and Super Man or Monster) Note : Traffic Slam was very similar to Burnout 3 crash mode
For me the spiritual successor of Burnout 3 / Revenge was NFS Hot Pursuit (2010), it was developped by the same guys who did Burnout (Criterion). Sadly there was no crash mod but the gameplay and takedowns where really good !
After 2008 Burnout Paradise EA assigned Criterion to make a Need For Speed game that one was Hot Pursuit 2010 which was my favourite one in the series they made NFS Most Wanted 2012 which was rushed then in 2013 EA made a new studio called Ghost Games and started moving Criterion assets to Ghost and then we got NFS Rivals which was made in 5 months with the help of Criterion assets which was another favourite one for me except the random bugs and glitches one year later they axed Criterion and their big names went to a different company and a lot of them had resigned
Played burnout since the very first game when I was about 5 or 6 and man was I hooked got every burnout after than even had dominator) and burnout helped concentrate my love for cars and racing games from a very early age holy fucking shit the nostalgia watching this was so joyful and sad
Played all these games but the one i have played the most, and still playing, is Burnout Paradise. The best arcade racer of all time. Still unsurpassed. Taking everything that was great with previous Burnouts and cranking it up to 11.

Fix for black sky - switch to software mode for video rendering before starting the game and switch back to hardware mode if you wish after starting a race. You don't have to switch back to software until you restart the game. Works for 3 and Revenge
I love the Burnout series and played all of them especially Revenge which is my favourite one which only got an hd port on Xbox 360 as a launch title with few more cars and removed the meter from crash mode and it looked so beautiful
Meh... In my opinion the PS2 version was better... The music transition between menu, loading screen and races, engine sounds, the soumd when you got the results of your race removed in the HD port, turbo sound... Basically the game sound was way better on PS2
Actually after Paradise criterion began to develop need for speed games giving them the feeling of burnout since 2010 until 2012, that was the officially last burnout, even if You Google "Burnout" it will show that the last game was need for speed most wanted 2012
Oh boy! The things one of my friends and I did in Burnout 3. So much fun on those days! And then, EA decided to remaster the wrong Burnout. Not that I hate Paradise.
