Everyone already has the ST gear so I don't see how a re-work really does much. The joy of getting the items is already done. All blizzard can do at this point is eat the disappointment they created and make sure P4 delivers when it hits

Exactly most raids finish st In 45 min. Everyone is pretty much full bis or missing a piece or 2. Adding player power at this point will shorten raid by a few minutes. We are all raid logging anyway

For ease of communication, we intend to frame our releases around the familiar original WoW raid tiers.
I feel like people dooming all over the place are people without guild... Or parsing only guilds i don't know... We're very happy in our dads guild. We're gonna farm everything, get some alts, get everything maxed out, have a blast on discord and chill. The P2 to P3 in 1 month was too much for us. Now we have time to organize, solidify our roster, choose our mains for P4. This was actually good news that we had more time.
Idk about the full BiS comments but this is not our case at all. Been very unlucky with the drops we have only 3 epics -> 2Hakkar staves and 1 bow.
How are you not fully maxed out already? This phase had absolutely nothing to do

For mages IMO, those runes should become baseline
>Missile barrage
>Advanced Warding
>Enlightenment
>molten armor
>spell power rune ( this rune should be reworked, if the skill already have 200% crit damage, this rune should provide crit chance)
>arcane surge baseline (buff mana regen and it duration)
>displacement
Hot streak moved to the feet.
Balefire bolt moved to Waist.
(rework balefire bolt to increase it damage and mana cost by 10% per stack instead of decrease spirit)

oof... so they plan to go through MC>ONY>BWL>ZG> before we see the new stuff? if im reading this right.. and this is gonna be a long wait before that phase...whelp i give. my guilds final nail has been sealed with that bluepost. im out. twas fun while it lasted
edit: even if im wrong on when the next phase starts, knowing that we will see very sparingly new things along side the 20m old 40m is still sealing my guilds fate. think ill just take my loses and hand off leadership / disband becuase since server transfer the guilds been on life support with people rarely loggin on
There's no new raids. Ebons hopium is crazy at this point
A botched phase 4 would be what kills sod, not a delayed phase 4. If that's what it takes to deliver, so be it.
It sucks that they spread their team so thin among many versions. But that's not the teams fault.
They better not neglect AV next phase. It's PvE as much as PvP and unless it is adjusted, we will have repeat 5min runs.
Not good for pvp fans who will be spending a lot of time there even after rep max
