When I was a small boy in the 1960s we had a fridge with the freezer on the bottom. Everyone hated it because they had to stup to dig through the freezer. They stopped selling them at the appliance store. 54 years later THEY ARE BACK LOL.

Wow the prices are so affordable . I live in Texas and you could get a mobile home and a mobile home park for that price as well but they don't have a carport and they are like so close together that there's no privacy. And that a lot of the lots here in Texas seem to not have a lot of trees . But I like this I want to be close to the beach here in Texas and I know it's going to be expensive especially after the pandemic prices are so high. Hopefully the prices will come down before I retire in the next seven or eight years

Hi Eric. Community applications are done directly through the community. Some have online, others have a manually filled application to be submitted. Some communities allow you to apply to be approved prior to a contract others require a contract on a home before submitting for community approval. Hope this helps.

Does Happy Trails use the 80%-20% rule? I know some places in Clearwater Florida do.

Many times the 80-20 rule is not publicly advertised and many communities do not have the rule but some do as you state. To each their own, but that doesn't seem like much of a sacrifice to me. I was considering replacing an old dishwasher with a new one. However, I may have the space converted to extra cabinet.space because the kitchen is fairly small. I'm a little torn about it, so I value other opinions.

Hello. Some communities have a first occupant age restriction of say 55+ and a second occupant age restriction of say 18+ or 40+ or 45+. Meaning the primary occupant must be 55 and the second person living in the home can be 18 or older for this particular community. Hope this answers your question.
