Sir, I heard you saying foreigners cannot own land in the Philippines unless they lease it but here's our Dutch friend selling lots in the Philippines. Could you kindly explain that. The Dutch probably is a minority stockholder in a corporation majority owned by Filipinos. And they can sell their investment lands only to Filipinos.

No... Never buy property in the PI. If you're not a citizen, its illegal. Many foreigners ready to scam you.
