This a good to high level class of Home in this video... The Physical location and other factors can determine its market value... I' m certain that the right family will find this a beautiful home to live and entertain an affluent lifestyle... the nice thing about the Philippines... is the immense natural beauty of the country and its friendly people.... Hi, very nice home. I live in the USA with someday in the near future moving to your country. My only complaint is no mention of price, here in the USA we like to know the price without having to contact the realtor 1st. If there is nothing to hide please post the price.
Hi Sir Robert! Thank you that you like the house. As to my experience, there are a lot of sellers who change their prices most of the time... sometimes they drop if they are badly in need of cash and sometimes they add to their price if there are improvements made.

Buddy, In the event that you want to buy properties in the Philippines I advice you to hire a lawyer. Do not put yourself in a situation where you're dealing with people whom you don't know. Most of the Realtors I saw in the internet are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL even on how they make their offer. They gave you with a very few information about the offer and will ask you to contact them leaving you with limited option to compare properties of the same category. Here in the US, Realtors will give you all the information affront as provided by the real estate laws of the State. Beware!
@@Temuginful You're right, Sir. But may I add, before dealing with any realtor in the Philippines, make sure to ask them to show you a valid PRC ID number as brokers or agents. There are a lot of colorum/illegal agents who are unlicensed to operate by law.
And when it comes to complete details of the property, there's no harm in contacting the broker for in-depth queries.
I already explained why most of the time prices are not mentioned in videos. Kindly check above commments.

Nice house for $500k US. About an hour outside of Manila for health care, steps to the beach. Little concerned about safety, but very pretty area. Looks like you could buy a lot in that area and put up your own place as well.
More like 4 hours from manila in a car. However about 5 hours on the air-conditioned victory bus. And costs only about 350 peso (6 euro)

It caught my attention because of the fair price it was originally asking, but now, it’s kind of asking too much considering its location and the economic situation not only in the country, but worldwide.
