It's been a wild sports weekend. Monaco GP down, Indy/Charlotte to go. Luton getting promotion, and a final day shootout to avoid relegation in the PL.
Now we just need Indy and Charlotte to delivr cracking races. Hopefully they will

The race was already pretty good before the rain hit, in part cause no one could decide if it would come along. And Alonso being able to do two puts stops in a few laps and not lose a spot that's wild. Also weren't Ferrari supposed to have better strategy this year?

Btw I can’t believe it took so long for tv direction to notice George Russell binning it on his outlap on inters, that took George from 3rd to 5th and resulted in Perez tankslapping George who hadn’t seen Perez coming due to the rain.

I very rarely say this but Monaco was a pretty good race.
surprised you didn´t mention the fact how much everyone seemed to struggle once rain was there, even with their inters a lot of drivers had problems, and lets not forget the two cars in the escape road at the same time^^

I regret to inform you (he lied) that naked running the circuit in Monaco is defintely not allowed. I attempted something ever so slightly similar in about 1991, when a Monacoa policeman firmly and repeaatedly forbade me from walking the circuit without footwear

I thought stroll would be a decent driver this year, but it just gets clearer and clearer that Aston Martin could be competing with Red Bull if they had a different driver.

They would be further ahead of Mercedes, but it doesn't matter who is in that Aston Martin they are not competing with Red Bull.

I will also complain that you missed the first overtake that Sergeant was subject to and pretended the Stroll/Perez one was the first one, but as you said, tuning out. First half was a bit slow.

The race was decent, the review was good. Saturday's Q3 was the highlight of the weekend, along with Max wringing 56 laps out of a set of mediums in Monaco.
