Hello gentlemen. Good review on the 2024 Lexus TX 350. Lexus says the TX 350 is the replacement for the third row seating RX 350L. The prime reason for that according to their words is "the RX 350L wasn't roomy enough." The standard two row seating RX 350 will remain standing. That vehicle will not get replaced. As for the Lexus TX 350 I like the rugged look to it. The interior is spacious for seating as well as for storage. I also like the fact that the infotainment screen is a little larger and more importantly it's more integrated to the dashboard for a much cleaner seamless look. Like what was mentioned in this video Lexus should've placed a little more wood panels for the interior. I assume Lexus will probably include more wood panels for the two high trim level models TX 500H or TX 550H like what Jeep did with the Grand Cherokee L in the Summit and Summit Reserve trims. Months down the road it would be nice if a comparison video be done between the Jeep Grand Cherokee L from the Overland trim or higher and the Lexus TX in the middle trim or higher. Price points for the two vehicles from the middle trims or higher are almost the same. The length of both vehicles are almost the same as well with the Jeep Grand Cherokee L coming in at 204 inches and the Lexus TX coming in at 203 inches. One thing both vehicles have in common and isn't found on the other competitors is power folding the 3rd row seats in two ways from the cargo area as well as from the lower portion of the C pillars. The other competitors only from the cargo area the third row seats can get folded. Besides the Jeep Grand Cherokee L, it would be nice to see when the time comes that the Lexus TX in comparison videos against the Acura MDX and Infiniti QX60. Right outta the gate it'll beat those two vehicles in terms of overall space, storage and available powertrains. Well, good review on this vehicle, and I'm looking forward to seeing the drive video when Lexus allows it.

Wish you guys would do a review of the Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. They really struck out on the styling on this vehicle. Mandatory captains chairs in the second row in top trims is also a huge fail for our family with three kids who sometimes need a full second row to maximize cargo space.
Agreed both grand highlander and this are so big and boaty and zero cut or design on outside. I ended up getting the RX don’t care about third row and couldn’t be happier. at first I was obsessed with 3 rows until I realized what the heck for.

Yeah Acura mdx has nothing to worry about unless the lack of touch screen is a deal breaker. Lexus has lost their luxury edge. Plain dash, plain looking seats, not enough color contrast in the cabin, not enough wood at all. Wood on the dash and steering wheel was a Lexus hallmark.
Different cars. For a family that only needs two rows with an occasional use third row, I think the MDX is the easy choice. For a family that really needs the big third row or extra cargo space, the Lexus makes more sense.
I own a 2022 MDX and the lack of a touchpad is becoming a deal breaker for my wife and I. We love the touchpad and cringe when we see filthy touchscreens which show everything. Good review, guys.
The MDX and Acura in general just seems to be dated and stuck with the same engines (no hybrid, no PHEV). @@joecool9739you're saying Toyota like it's a bad thing lol. That's the main selling point stupid
Its not as good but good enough
@joecool9739 If you want a v8 you are correct. If you want a plug-in hybrid that can seat 6 adults, you only have the TX as an option. The XC-90 third row is too small and the CX-90 taller people find it cramped.

Yeah because engine specs are the only real difference between a GLS and TX, goofball 🤣
Kinda looks like the old Axiom @ first look
The powertrain on the 350 is a bit of a letdown. Only 10 horsepower more than in the Grand Highlander but requires premium gas. If you are going to require premium you might as well offer an actually performance premium too or at least allow the use of 87 and give people the choice like Mazda does. Otherwise you spend thousands more over the life of the vehicle for almost no benefit.
This thing is just wierd...the Grand Highlander its based on looks way better
And compared to the competition cars like the Aviator and CX90 just seem way more luxurious and powerful
Agreed. I told everyone this was gonna happen. I called it on June 8th when I said the tx was dead on arrival. That’s exactly what happens and I’m so happy I was right 😁

Thank you Mr. Krishnamurthy
People just love Lexus so much that they are blind to Lexus shortcomings as a brand
Nnnnnnice! I like it👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍
The TX500H is so overpriced at 80k with every option added. Ridiculous..can’t imagine the 550h+ pricing..
The new design looks cheap compared to MDX .
@@Jeez001 I agree, love my MDX.
It looks like a slightly raised station wagon to me.
Best in class 😍
Why engine makes sound ?!
The Grand Highlander with a Lexus badge…… literally nothing else altered
