HIGHLYYYY recommend... turns out affirmations alone don't necessarily work unless you can provide some bits of evidence so that your subconscious mind actually starts to believe it. It's really some fascinating stuff and rooted in attachment styles, which I also realized was a big factor in some of my past struggles. I feel like a new person today - it's amazing how much is rooted in the "programming" of our brain, and it's good to know it's possible to reprogram it :)

Im only part part way through but i think this video is going to help change my life for the better. I have bpd have very low self esteem all my life was married to a narc. I have been doing lots of self reflection the past weeks and want to change my behaviour. When i started listening to this video i nearly choked, the first minute or 2 the words were exactly what my narc said to me when he told me I was worthless stupid and hated myself.. I thought he has definatly listened to this video and learnt these sentences in order by heart. He was even fake at that. At first i wanted to stop the video i felt kind of scared but i let it play and within a few minutes i became soothed with the voice and the words no longer sounded arrogant, and I was reading through the comments, and I who rarely think i like myself, started agreeing with more and more of the affirmations. Im going to be listening to this more often.

When "I love my body" came on, I felt on the verge of tears (although anxiety prevents me from actually doing so). I can't tell you how much I've mutilated, and tried to burn my temple to the ground. It's strange to believe the affirmations about my individuality and what I have to offer the world, and yet, I still treat myself so poorly in every other regard.
