Guys for people telling that waking up at 4:30 is too much u can try to sleep early like 10-10:30 so u can wake up in the morning , i followed this routine my grades went higher and my life was more organised also if ur not in the mood of studying u can try to journal or write quotes or write something in ur diary , this will keep u calm as well as make u ready for the day I swear u will start being more happy 😊 I hope it helps ❤
thank you but sleeping at 10:30 is not early and it is not healthy to have only 6 hours of sleep. you should sleep MINIMUM 7-8 hours per day. you may get good grades but your health won't be as good.

Take this advice from this 20 year old college student, who struggled to make friends in primary school, tried to ‘fit in’ to make friends and lost my entire friend group in secondary school. Make your own group ❤️
Having no friends will always hurt, but I learned that finding the right people will take time. In 2022, I lost all of my friends and had no friends. However, I managed to make friends again in the most unexpected way, such as making five new friends from my awful restaurant work, managed to find someone in common with me in a festival and be in a group of my own.
Be yourself and make your own group and soon you’ll stumble across someone who will admire you for who you are ❤️ It might take a while, weeks, months, or even years, but it will all be worth it ❤️ I wish luck to everyone here❤️

4:00 am - wake up
4:10 am - shower
4:30 am - get ready
5:00 am - eat breakfast
5:15 am - get ready pt. 2
5:30 am - leave house
6:30 am - arrive at school
12:00 nn - lunch
1:00 pm - continuation of classes
5:00 pm - dismissal/extracurricular activities
7:00 pm to 9:00 pm - back home🥶🎉

Not everyone shower before going to school.. i never shower before going to school.. i always shower after school. And it's way relaxing as per my routine i take a shower eat lunch and sleep for an hour and tbh that is the best sleep i get.. @@Saphire599
