There was a point in time that I was also depress and have look for other people's comfort but one person told me a trick. That I have to go in front of a mirror and stare at my reflection in the eye and look how misserable that person is and one by one call those myseries out and lastly tell that person on your reflection that he was never alone and you'll never let him down again and that you'll always be with him no matter what. I find myself crying for hours after that and then I realize loving yourself and making sure supporting yourself in midst of trials helps alot with depression. Indeed support from others is importang but learning to stand up on your own is a starting point. :)
People who doesn't experience depression thought it's a joke... Almost every year I am having an Episode and it's sucks but life goes on.. Hard to understand since sometimes I don't know the reason why I am having an episode but I leave it all to God.. Baby steps but we can go through out with this..
