    Time is emotion... The way you think about something determines whether you will follow through. Think about the outcome rather than the process. Breaking promises to yourself erodes your confidence. What we do to ourselves is amazing. Outstanding Tony!!! I must share these at my sales meetings...

    So this was my problem. I use to be so energetic and exercise 5 times a week and was admired by my peers for being able to handle many things and then it all stopped. This is why before I just did it and loved it. WOW

    2 things to be mindful of when chunking: 1) Chunking too big, 2) Having too many chunks. I love it!

    hello, I think a good simple place to start would be governmental websites. Honestly nutrition isn't as complicated as all these dieting fads, etc make it seem. It's all about balance, simple rules like adding colors (veggies fruits) to your diet and fibers and cutting back on red meats and reducing portion sizes will probably get you further then any of these complex diets. From your friendly neighborhood med student.

    well this is what we call an answer to why. but does the "how" imply to just do it?. if that's the solution many people would not be happy. it's easy to tell a smoker to think about good things that will happen and just to stop smoking. he'll think at everything else

      +felixsupreme22 when you think about time, you think about things that bring up emotions.... when you're late, you get stressed out (emotion), If you have a deadline and you might not make it, then the person gives you an extra two days, you relax (emotion).
