Your reference point about Jesus reminds me of something my aunt would say around Lent (Catholic time of 'fasting' and reflection). Our version of fasting is giving up one thing, not a proper no food fast like other religions. She would always give up chocolate and struggle with it and her husband would say to her 'Jesus really struggled, he went out into the desert' and she would always reply ' sure that would nearly be easier, there's no chocolate in the desert'

Very motivational 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I started a few weeks before the new year so I could form a habit . Gym two days a week so I dont get unmotivated and thats where it seems to fit in my schedule so far so good 🤸🏾♀️🤸🏾♀️🤸🏾♀️
Great video!! I started gym, developing a bible habit in November. So I tried to start the new habit before the new year, I go 3 nights per week (when the kids are at their dads house) I’m really trying to build my confidence and keep promises to myself. Thank you for this, you inspire us daily 💗
