11:20 the difference between Tempestus Scions and Imperial Stormtroopers are that Scions are trained and equipped by the inquisition.
Having better Carapace armour and even more resistance to mind control/manipulation than normal stormtroopers.
Not necessarily.
Whilst many Scions are sent for inquisitorial service, those deemed not “subservient” enough are often handed down to the Astra Militarum and integrated into a regiment for use as special forces.
We can see this in the 2nd Ciaphas Cain book where he gets attached to a team of Scions.

I too feel the same way, your breakdown of the content is by far the best. I have been a fan of "The Warhammer 40k" for like 3 months. So when I watch your videos I learn more of what's going on, I also like the fact that on your other podcast you give your opinion on other topics, political, or today's problems. We need to bring this Nation, back on track, is not going to be easy, especially with the corrupt society we have today thank you, Connor.

4:38 quick note: that’s not the inquisitor talking, that’s the shipmistress of the ship, and a rogue trader. However this still shows the point as the as of yet unseen inquisitor she works under is the reason she’s there, and continues to stay there, at least until the uprisings are quelled
I love your content and this is obviously only my opinion, constructive critisism; With content as cinematic as this: Can you take up like 5-10% less space on screen? I feel like it's just big enough to feel intrusive.. You have "dead space" to the right and bottom corner, or just show less of your room.. Just a suggestion, with all due respect.. Happy new year :)

4:40 That's the Ship Mistress not the Inquisitor.
Love what you've been doing in consolidating these videos into their appropriate Lore Bits. Bit of a correction for the Darktide video, the Regal Lady standing infront of the Starmap before the ship goes into it's warp translation is not an Inquisitor, She's actually a Rogue Trader, Shipmistress Brahm. Her ship and her crew have been added to Inquisitor Grendyl's Retinue because she apparently owes the Inquisitor a great deal. We never actually see Grendyl as far as the currently released cutscenes can tell.
Also the Inquisitor in the Inquisitor Martyr Trailer isn't an Astartes I believe. He is wearing Artificer power armour.
The Inquisitor is missing the Power Pack to EMPOWER his Power Armor!!!!!

Anyone who’s into the grey knights should read the three book series on them. It’s a great look into how they work with the inquisition to fight demons and root out evil.

@@bt220h first novel is just titled “grey knights,” the second is “dark adeptus,” and the third is “hammer of daemons.” You can buy it as an omnibus as well

They really need to make an animation of Custodes fighting chaos and just mop the floor with them.
I like that they show the deck, something that is not often featured in warhammer40k media.

I honestly think the worst part about poxwalkers and zombies isn't the hordes of undead clawing at you its the fact that all you need to do is simply hear the moans and groans of them to get infected....
You are probably gonna see this reply over a dozen times, but, the lady with the white hair and is the first to narrate? That is actually the rogue trader Lord Inquisitor Grendel recruits to be his retinue and army’s “ride” to Atoma. I didn’t realize it myself until much later, when the latest expansion for the game came out last year.

I know you mentioned in one of the comments that you probably won't cover Warhammer Fantasy, but since you covered Darktide, I highly highly recommend Vermintide. By far the superior and more popular game by Fatshark.
It also has a cast of characters with much more vibrant personalities and extensive backgrounds. Settings also have their own lore with references to other stories in Wh:Fantasy. I'm sure you can milk a video or two from both games

They’re one of the most resilient armies in the lore and on table top. Watch Winters SEO battle reports, he has an army and always does well with them.
