    Ingredients (for 3 pieces)
    Fermentation seed
    Strong flour - 50g
    Dry yeast - 0.5g
    Water - 50g
    Dough
    Strong flour - 100g
    Salt - 3g
    Dry yeast - 1g
    Water - 60g
    Stuffing
    Potato - 1
    Bacon - 20g
    Onion - 20g
    Milk - small amount
    Butter - Appropriate amount
    How to make
    1, Mix [strong flour], [dry yeast], and [water] of the fermentation seed, and ferment at room temperature for 1 hour, and then ferment in the refrigerator overnight.
    2, Mix [strong flour], [salt], [dry yeast], and [water] with the fermented seeds to make a dough, and knead it by hand when it comes together.
    3, Roll the dough neatly and put it in a bowl and let it undergo primary fermentation at 30℃ for about 40 minutes.
    4, Make the filling.
    Boil the potatoes and mash them with thinly sliced bacon and onions.
    If the mixture does not firm up easily, add [milk] and season to taste.
    5, Remove gas from the fermented dough, divide it into 3 equal portions, roll it up neatly and take a bench time for 10 minutes.
    6, Mash the dough into a round shape, wrap 50g of stuffing, and then let it undergo a second fermentation at 30℃ for about 30 minutes.
    7, Cut a cross slit in the top, put butter on top, then mist the top and bake in the oven at 220℃ for 20 minutes.
