Why people are blaming this. There can be differ little between studio and live version. This is pure version with just one ukulele. Even with just one ukulele he can sing every note and the whole song well. This is better than present day trending artist who use auto tune every moment to cover their original voice. This song structure is also better than present days trending song with just 3 or 4 line of rhyme and lyric.
Dont forget that the original was written for guitar, and this version is using a Ukelele, forcing him to sing in a higher key meaning he is achieving a completely different sound for the song.
