Honestly for traction I only need it to be able to stop quickly and not slide out. Those tractions like the Curry 8’s sometimes make my knees hurt bc too much force were put on my knees. Traction like the Lebron 16 was the perfect amount for me. Hard stop & great traction, but not too much
the plus point for slightly sliding traction, it helps less shearing force on your knees, plus the cusion compress alot, if the traction bite hard like curry 7-8, you may blow your ankle
Compared to the LeBron 12 Elite, the 19 has a much softer upper. Unfortunately, the newer model (19) does not protect against ankle sprains as effectively as the thicker 12 Elite.

Hmmm not to butt in idol but I'm a 9.5 on all the Nike shoes but from the lebron 15 I always had to go down half size coz it's abit longer Dan usual I have 2 of the 18s one 9.5 and one size 9 and the size 9 fits me better I think unless ur fit is supper fat and wide den yes go 11 but if u have a narrow feet or slightly narrow and u don't like that much toe space I think u might like going down half size down but if you like that roomy toe space we'll go 11 remember it's a net it's stretches in time.
