Jordan was an animal. At the time it was unheard of for a player with the size and athleticism of Jordan to still posses point guard skills and quickness. Too fast and nimble for big strong guards, too bad and strong for small quick guards.

When I think of the NBA greats, I think of Julius Erving, Majic, Jordan, Kobi and of course Labron! There are a lot of other greats such as Kareem and Curry but these are my all around top picks!
There are so many greats in the history of basketball. I like to go all the way back to Chamberlain and Russell, both real top players. Elgin Baylor, Jerry West, and Oscar Robertson too. Larry Bird. I like your list though, but I was mentioning other guys that I thought deserved to be top players in the game. I guess you were just mentioning your top 5. It's so hard to mention a top 5 for me, so many really really amazing players.
