I did intermittent fasting , im still doing it . I lost 10kgs. Im doctor, vegeterian, i have a small cup of coffee at 7am, nuts and small apple at 12, lots of fruits for lunch, a normal small meal before 8pm... thats all u have to do. First few days u might feel hungry, but wil be ok later. Do some workouts .... good luck
