    Mam... I'm nursing student from kerala.. Stay in hostel.. I have 75 kg.. Over weight.. I'm going to depression 😔mams and friends are insulted me.. No friends.. No workout situation i can only food control.. Plz help me😔 What can i do

      I did intermittent fasting , im still doing it . I lost 10kgs. Im doctor, vegeterian, i have a small cup of coffee at 7am, nuts and small apple at 12, lots of fruits for lunch, a normal small meal before 8pm... thats all u have to do. First few days u might feel hungry, but wil be ok later. Do some workouts .... good luck
