I remember jamming to Darker side of nonsense back in high school. Had tons of metal head and alt friends and only 2 of us knew who DKL were. Everyone we'd play them for would love em, but all of their shows were 21+, so I went on MySpace and asked Cliff to play an all ages show-and they did!

Anyone remember when they released 3 songs online and we all got to vote on the direction the band took? Lost was the song everyone voted for, and yhis was the album we got. Can't remember the other 2 songs, one was really soft and the other sounded like their Hinge days.

This is my favorite band and I'm a 60 yr. Old fan and jamming in a band back then and our bass player turned me on to them you plus me equals nightmare was first song I heard from them.

I'm really happy for this upload. I bought this album on CD around 2004 when it came out and this track "Hindsight" was the last song on the CD track 11 if I'm not mistaken but for some reason all the RUclips uploads of "The Dead And Dreaming" album don't seem to have this song on them. I thought I was going crazy at one point as I knew it existed. Thank you Dry Kill Logic. You guys are dope as fuck ever since I discovered you one late night watching MTV2 as a teenager, the song in question was "Nightmare" I went and bought "The Darker Side Of Nonsense" the very next day and have been hooked ever since.
You guys are still to this day are always in my music playlists. Anyway sorry to rant but you guys should make more music but if that's not possible for any reason then just a massive thank you for all your previous music. Even the stuff under the "Hinge" title is dope. Anyway take it easy DKL. Devo from UK. : )
So got this album/disc in 2004 and this song wasn’t on it. A year or so later my buddy shows my the UK version and this song was the last track instead of No Reason. Became my fave song off the album 🤘 …now 20 years later a vid!! Was so stoked to come across this. Why was this left off the US release all those years ago? Still rockin Vices too! Would love some more 🤘😊
